I hope Keele comes back. Those empty lots on the west side need to be redeveloped. It seems so dead and underinvested north of Dundas.
I think the expansion of the East side of Dundas would have a bigger impact. This intersection reminds me of the difference of East VS West at Dufferin and King St.
