There was a agreement to develop the site as a seniors residence between Martinos Bros
And a developer that now appears to over.

Looks like Family Fun might be Failing Fun… Building is for lease and a notice of rent due is in the “Gym” (and I use that term loosley) window. What’s going on there??
Family Fun is probably on its way out. They cannot expect people with kids to pay those crazy fees. $10 for a drop in? This is the Junction, not Forest Hill!
