Crane over the old marine store on Dundas Street West! Does anyone know what is going on?

possibly removing some of the bunker-like features for a new tenant? HMP’s other location is just as well fortified.
Those “fortifications” never made it look inviting.
According to the building permit they are making structural reinforcements for future changes.
From the looks of steel structure it looks likes a second floor.
